    REGISTER

    Register and gain instant access to our free service. Please respect our service and do not abuse it simply to spam the receiving party. Your integrity is payment enough. This service is designed to help people like you for free.

    LOGIN

    Login each time you want to send a new Data Subject Access Request or to view the archive of all your DSAR’s sent to date. You can download a PDF of your submission at anytime and even send it to a third party via our internal email service for free.

    SEND YOUR DSAR

    You have 33 legitimate request options you can choose to send. You can select one option; multiple options; other (enter your own); all options (this can fall under excessive and you may be charge a handling fee by the recipient).

    EXPECT A REPLY WITHIN ONE CALENDAR MONTH

    Most of the regulations permit the receiver of a DSAR to reply to you within one calendar month. We will notify you by email at the start of the 4th week from the date you sent the DSAR asking you if you have received your reply. If you haven’t, do send them a first-and-final reminder within 24-48 hours via our internal reminder service for free.

    ESCALATING TO SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

    If one calendar month has passed and you haven’t received a reply to your DSAR or are not satisfied with the reply you have received, then you can escalate the matter with your Supervisory Authority. You will do this via the internal reminder service for free. Note that your Supervisory Authority can take up to 3 months to reply to you as they require to assess and/or investigate your case. Make sure you submit all the PDF’s you have sent together with the replies you have received. We provide a contact list of all Supervisory Authorities possible.

    REPORTING FAILURE BY SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

    If your Supervisory Authority fails in their duty towards you, then you can report them to the applicable higher authority. You will do this via the internal reminder service for free. Note that ythe Higher Authority can take up to 6 months to reply to you as they require to assess and/or investigate your case and complaint with the Supervisory Authority. Make sure you submit all the PDF’s you have sent together with the replies you have received. We provide a contact list of all Higher Authorities possible and where applicable.

    This is where you will find a timeline record of all your actions from day one, including all the applicable files, emails and reminders sent as proof of your DSAR.
